Paris & Normandy, France

We were invited to a very special wedding in the French countryside and made it an excuse to return to the city of lights.

With a few days at the start of our trip, we stayed at our new favorite hotel (Hôtel National Des Arts et Métiers), found our local coffee shop serving pour overs, wandered the neighborhood and returned to some of our go to spots. We went for runs along the Seine and enjoyed cocktails at rooftop bars. It was was Spring time and the city felt fresh.

Then we hit the road to celebrate our friends getting married. As we drove through the countryside, the green, rolling hills occasionally popped with bright yellow blocks of flowers. We arrived to happy hour at the chateau we would call home for the week.

After days celebrating and spending time with our friends, we drove back to Paris and enjoyed a few rainy days before heading home.
