OVERVIEW

Since 2012, Guerrilla Tacos has been serving up inspired tacos from carts and trucks across LA. A native Angelino, Wes Avila brings his culinary training and fine dining background to create new and unique menus. Using fresh, local ingredients, he creates world-class tasting dishes, inspired by the flavors of the city and served on a tortilla. They have received many accolades including Best Taco Truck by LA Weekly and being near the top of Jonathan Gold's best restaurants list--all before every having an actual restaurant.

When Guerrilla planned to open a brick and mortar location, I was brought in to help bring the Guerrilla Tacos brand to life through creative direction of the space and all the spacial design elements.
